2. Licence to use our products
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our applications and websites for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute any part of our products except as permitted by law or an applicable product-specific agreement.

- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

5. Subscriptions and payments
Where a product offers paid plans, the specific pricing, billing and cancellation terms are presented at the point of purchase and govern that purchase. Mobile-app purchases made through Google Play are additionally subject to Google Play's terms.

All trademarks, logos, software and content in our products are owned by OCTOPODUS or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OCTOPODUS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
